Definition

Joint Custody is the legal application of the foundation principle of Shared Parenting.

It's the right of the child to have both parents even after divorce and It's the right of men and women to be equal and not discriminated parents.

In Joint Custody separated parents share physical placement of the children. This allows the child to live with each parent half of the time during the year.
